Alliance Partners EP Grain is a joint venture between the following two partners: Emerald Group Australia Pty Ltd (Emerald) is Australia’s leading independent grains manager. Australian owned and operated, Emerald works with farmer customers to develop grain marketing and risk management solutions that maximise returns and minimise risk.
Emerald hold accreditation as a bulk wheat exporter through Wheat Exports Australia, bulk barley exporter from South Australia through ESCOSA and hold an Australian Financial Services License.
Emerald's head office is headquartered in Melbourne and, in addition to the EP Grain venture, Emerald maintains regional and joint venture offices in Ballarat, Victoria and Fremantle and Esperance in Western Australia. Emerald is further represented regionally through in excess of 40 country located agency offices though out Western Australia and NSW.
FREE Eyre Ltd is a grower owned unlisted public company, established with the specific focus to add value and take control over agricultural marketing for Eyre Peninsula farmers. With in excess of 320 farmer members from the Eyre Peninsular FREE Eyre identifies and develops new businesses opportunities that add value to Eyre Peninsula farmers and other enterprises. The EP Grain joint venture is the first joint venture established by FREE Eyre Limited.
